Feet in the red

I read the most brilliant and true to fashion story today! Christian Louboutin has stated that when he designs his beautiful red soled shoes he doesn't think about comfort. He described his shoes as when people describe relationships as 'Well, we're not really in love, but we're in a comfortable relationship.'  He believes that comfortable is the worst word to be used. It is possible to be too comfortable. 



Looking at these new season spike shoes his description of his ideal woman to wear his shoes is a strong professional business woman. Highlighting why women such as Blake Lively and Sarah Jessica Parker are worshippers of his designs.

Next festive competition

So feelingstylish.co.uk is running a competition for us bloggers to create a Christmas window for Next. All you have to do is simply design your window using next products and submit your entry in a comment on the feelingstylish.co.uk blog. I have done my own entry (I will admit it is hard to create the window and make it look realistic so make sure you explain your concept) My window focuses on a pale colour scheme. It is extremely feminine and not obviously Christmas themed in the way that there is no red or gold to be seen! I chose to use the two glitter Christmas trees as features as they are adorable! I would actually have the fairy lights on the left wrapped through the branches of the trees for a more whimsical feel. I have then chosen two party dresses. Vogue Festival - The start of something great

Having been the biggest and best selling fashion magazine for years, this year Vogue finally decided to show case how truly amazing it is by holding a two day Vogue Festival. I was lucky enough to attend the first afternoon session on Friday and was completely blown away. Walking into the Vogue tent attached to the Royal Geographic Society you were immediately welcomed into a starch white room overwhelmed by the "Vogue" mirror. Fashion bloggers, photographers and stylist were snapping pictures from every angle thrusting you straight into their wonderful world of fashion.  When entering into the building after registration you were then left in awe watching some of the biggest brands and names in fashion from Armani and Chanel to Josh Wood colourist working their magic.
