Lust List

Image
It's SUMMER!! How good has this summer been so far too? As in we have actually had sun... SUN! So I thought before the weather takes a diver (which lets face it we all know it will) I would give you an insight into my Summer lust list. Mainly from ASOS not that that is a shock to anyone. But ASOS never fail to make me fall in love over and over, if I ever have a moment of doubt with what they can offer me a quick refresh of the new in page just get my little heart fluttering again! I have already been on holiday *cries that its already over* and I had some of my favourite outfits EVER from ASOS for my trip to Cannes. THIS JUMPSUIT. Oh my god. I have never loved anything like I love this. This is the cutest summer outfit, its really fine pinstripe and the loveliest she of blue. The only issue I did have was that it occasionally felt like my boobs were going to fall out but a trusty line of tit tape did the job just fine. The front ties with two big bows and fastened ...

Get it girls

I'm currently sat in decent sunshine (as in I live in Cardiff and I'm sat outside with no jacket on) wandering how long our 'Ibiza' weather is actually going to last. I'm one of those typical people who loves summer clothes but hates wearing them. When I saw that it was actually meant to be hot this week the first thing I did was message my friend in a panic over completely NOT being ready to bare anything but my wrists. Now though I am finally able to wear my Archive by Alexa dress with nothing over it. If you've seen the Elsie dress you'll understand that the sleeves kind of make it. So I can deal with that. It's every womans fear when we have to get our legs out, when its slightly unbearable to have skinny jeans or any denier of tights on...we have to groom, tan, shave amounts of our legs that we haven't had to shave for a good few months. But its happening. God its happening. So whilst sat with a coffee and listening to my new favour...

Suns out bums out?

Image
So it's actually Summer now and I fell completely off the blogging radar with a new job and typical un-interesting dramas that occur in the life of a 24 year old (also I have started watching Game of Thrones which seems to be responsible for consuming a lot of my free time...in fact I'm waiting for an episode to buffer as I type) ANYWAY I'm back with a spring in my step as this time of year is by far my favourite. After nearly being born in Spain I have spent my life convincing myself that I was made to be in a warmer climate so when Cardiff temperatures reach above 10 degrees (which is rarely) I turn into some sort of wild flower that only comes t life in sunlight. Unfortunately with the sun comes bums. And yes I'm talking literally. Living in England/Wales you are never really destined to have great summers and yes it is near impossible to KNOW WHAT TO WEAR in this weather. You stand in front of your wardrobe every morning questioning  "Is it hot eno...

Abs like Slabs? Or wine and kebabs?

So summer is (sort of) upon us, by that I mean we have had four whole days of sunshine and for once I have a natural tan! Everybody loves the hot weather but as soon as  summer begins the complete panic of holidays, bikinis and beating the bulge over whelm us all. Now don't get me wrong, the thought of wearing a bikini makes me feel a little queasy and yes I did cry in Topshop changing room the other day about being a 12 in shorts (I could challenge Beyonce with my booty) but there is one thing I hate more than this stress. It's the people who plaster their diets and fitness all over social media and magazines. From everyday people to celebrities, it is impossible to feel nice and normal during this time of year. Yes people say "Guys dont like stick thin girls" and "I would rather have curves" but really? Why do so many people worry so much if being healthy is the best way to go?  The most recent focus has been Towie star Lucy. She was one of the ...

Nelly review

Image
Hello everyone! So today I am finally going to review my beautiful clothes I was lucky enough to receive from Nelly. As I have said in previous posts Nelly is an online store that originates from Sweden and is now moving to the UK as well. A few plus points about the website and brand to begin with: - The website is really easy to navigate your way around. - The models are all healthy weights and sizes to give a true look of the clothes. - The range of designers and brands sold is amazing. - Prices are fantastic! - The look book and inspiration pages are really helpful with inspiring ideas - The styling is STUNNING! So here goes, can I just apologise for the disgusting pictures of me (I hate having my picture taken but you needed to get a true idea of what they clothes look like, hence why I look terrified) Now when I was asked to review these samples, I was lucky enough to pick the clothes myself. At the time the weather was actually summery so I opted for an ...

ASOS - A summer of love

Image
Now I've always been a huge ASOS fan! I think partly because they have clothes that not everybody will be wearing and partly because I love waiting for my clothes to arrive in the post because it feels like Christmas day! Being a student the fact that they also offer student discount AND free delivery makes them my true love in the world of online shopping! This season in particular the ASOS sale has been amazing! I booked a holiday last minute and have 10 days to gather together a whole new holiday wardrobe. (When you haven't been on holiday for 4 years it is actually quite a shock when you see what you use to wear) I immediately hit the website and I was NOT disappointed. £7!!! YES £7!! £9!!! £8!! I could cry with happiness! There is so much more but im being sneaky and saving them for myself! These three were just the beginning of my ASOS sale shopping. Granted the money I'm spending was supposed to be for food and general survival when I go back t...
