Style gets Luce.

I'm going to go against the grain of all other bloggers today and in the middle of LFW I am going to take a look at some of the hottest menswear around at the minute. As Mr Porter has just celebrated its 5th Birthday (and not ignoring the fact that it is one of my favourite places to indulge in the clothes I love but obviously don't wear) my favourite picks are going to come courtesy of Mr P. Ami is one of my all time favourite menswear brands. Taking note of trends but creating clothing that is sophisticated and subtly stylish, Ami's new season is rocketing. Classic Stripes Everyone loves a go to stripe and I think its fair to say every woman loves man that can confidently pull off a simple stripe, jeans and a good pair of shoes. So it's actually Summer now and I fell completely off the blogging radar with a new job and typical un-interesting dramas that occur in the life of a 24 year old (also I have started watching Game of Thrones which seems to be responsible for consuming a lot of my free time...in fact I'm waiting for an episode to buffer as I type) ANYWAY I'm back with a spring in my step as this time of year is by far my favourite. After nearly being born in Spain I have spent my life convincing myself that I was made to be in a warmer climate so when Cardiff temperatures reach above 10 degrees (which is rarely) I turn into some sort of wild flower that only comes t life in sunlight. Unfortunately with the sun comes bums. And yes I'm talking literally. Living in England/Wales you are never really destined to have great summers and yes it is near impossible to KNOW WHAT TO WEAR in this weather. Denim has taken over the fashion world at the moment. With the huge trend of dungarees that have hit the high street this summer it's hard not to be the owner of at least one denim piece. BUT if you were to take a step into my over flowing wardrobe you will see a flurry of denim dresses. Pinafores, shift dresses, swing dresses, with collars and without, printed and plain. I am well and truly OBSESSED with them. It's one of those things where you find "The dress" the one that you wish you could wear everyday if it wasn't gross and against all girls style rules. So when I went into Topshop in Cardiff at the weekend I tried to drive myself away from the new seasons denim...I got an outfit (which did actually include a denim skirt) but of course 12 hours later it was back in the shop and was swapped with a collared denim dress. This one was polka dot...one of the only styles I don't have. So I thought I would take a look at some of the most stylish celebs rock...
