Style gets Luce.

Now I admit I only really follow the Oscars for two reasons 1. The clothes (obviously) 2. And mainly if I have actually seen one of the films Prime example, I believe that there would have been A LOT of very angry Eddie Redmayne fans out there if he hadn't won Best Actor and I would be one of them! However it is important for the stars of the night to look their best and I have to say that I was kind of disappointed this year. I found the the good dresses were great and the bad dresses were a disaster!! So I have once again ranked my style success stories. Emma Stone in Elie Saab. Red hair and this colour work perfectly. I highly doubt anybody else could have got away with this! Rosamund Pike in Givenchy. Now I may struggle to look at her in a normal way after her crazy role in Gone Girl but this dress is stunning! Reese Witherspoon in Tom Ford. She always looks classic. Kiera Knightley in Valentino making her bump look even cuter!...

Dahlia is the epitome of quirky girliness, created by Tracy and her sister, the girls began by making designs and selling them in Portabello and Spitafields markets.  Unlike anything else around, you cannot be surprised that the clothing blew up when it was spotted and fallen in love with by fashion loving girls.  Now my personal style can only be described as geeky school girl (hence why I am constantly asked if I am a child or not....I'm nearly 24 ps.) Well it's been a while! Apologies for my lack of blogging over the last few months I have been rushed off my feet. I am about a month away from finishing uni forever (therefore have been in a state of growing up panic) and have been trying to get my Final Major Project done for the last three months. I decided to give myself a stupid amount of work to do using programmes and techniques that I have NO idea how to use...hence the needing maximum brain capacity and taking a step away from blogging. Downton Abbey has taken the both England and now America by storm, showing the lives of the wealthy Crawley family and their servants living in style in Downton Abbey. But it is not just the woes of having incredible amounts of money and mis-behaving family members that makes the show so popular, it is the amazing costumes, hair and make up that capture the attention of young women wishing they were Lady Mary! So now Caroline McCall has decided to cover up the cast (women of that time were normally a little more liberal with their clothing that the look that is portrayed in this series) some of the prettiest and most adorable costumes have been seen gracing the screen.
