Nowadays if you get over the age of 18 and you're don't have either an engagement ring, a baby or a coupled up Facebook relationship status you seem to be deemed as an undateable. Never do you hear someone congratulate a single girl for being able to stand on her own two feet and be a confident singleton.  Me and my best friend are part of this single collective and daily we come across people who approach us with some of the worst things you can say to a single girl. So take note. 1. "How can you be single?" Yes we may write blogs about it but we don't write lists of possible explanations. 2. "There must be something wrong with you though?" Seriously. We don't know. 3. "Maybe you're just too picky?" Or maybe,just maybe there isn't anyone that is quite up to scratch?  4. "Urgh I wish I was single though...you're so lucky" Dump him then. Now I know that everybody makes new years resolutions (and very rarely sticks to them) but this year I think times will change. For me this year has been my first really different year, I've obviously had major changes in my life over the last 3 years but since I moved to Cardiff I think it's safe to say things are falling into place! If I could ever tell people one thing it would be that you have to try things to know if you like them or not. Put it this way, the 19 year old me who toddled off to Manchester thinking I was going to love it and fall straight into a high flying fashion job was SO wrong. As a whole I love Manchester and feel like I could live there easily now, but three years ago it was a different story. I cried literally every minute of everyday and only realised how bad I was when I heard someone saying"Lucy? Is that the blonde one that cries all the time?" Now I am a crazy obsessed Gossip Girl fan. I love everything about it, where they live, how they live and most importantly what they wear. The cast is filled with some of the most handsome and beautiful people in the world. In a previous post I chose to highlight my dream boat of a crush Mr Ed Westwick. Ed Westwick stole the show walking the catwalk for Phillip Plein in Italy. One of the best dressed men in the world the Gossip Girl star look top notch as he rocked his new facial hair. Fresh off the set Westwick owned the catwalk just as he owns playing bad boy Chuck!  He even looked more than edible backstage at the Phillip Plein press conference before the show. I  think every woman in the world has the same few words to say. "Thank you fashion world" for bringing Ed Westwick onto the catwalks.
