Truly British

As the jubilee approaches it seems right to keep everything from our wardrobe to our beauty accessories truly British. Streets and shops are decorated with bunting and flags so let's take a look how we can all rock a bit of the jubilee chic ready for next weekend!

Although not as British as it originally was, ladies and gents we should all be well and truly sporting a piece of Mulberry arm candy for the weekend, the once completely British brand has been responsible and made famous for creating some of the most traditional and beautiful leather bags.

If there was any prime time to invest in some nail art treats, this week is the time! Grab your red, white and blue nail varnish and add your details with a white nail art pen and you have the jubilee all over your hands!
Beautifully British Burberry, another must have for the celebrations. Ladies get your red lipstick on and show  how you can sport the great British colours in any way! Use a light  layer for daytime and vamp it up for your evening celebrations by adding a few extra layers and a bit of gloss!

Now this one could be purely selfish on my part, but as the jubilee concert takes place, it welcomes some of Britain's most loved performers and I will be watching Robbie Williams all the way. Being one of the countries most loved and adored performers and on top of the being one of the best live performers that this country has ever produced, nobody is a better fit to celebrate in British style than our stoke lad Rob!

When it comes to the numerous street parties or barbecues happening across the country (fingers crossed for the weather) who else is there to turn to for the best quirky and cute accessories but Cath Kidston! With a whole Jubilee collection sporting some of the most adorable kitchen and summer accessories Cath Kidston remains so truly British the queen herself would agree!

So whether you're celebrating or not, I urge everybody to jump on board with the jubilee spirit. Paint your nails or brush your hair with the new (and extremely cool) union jack tangle teaser! Eat your jubilee cake off the queens face or simply drink some good old British cider! Whatever you choose to do have fun and enjoy being beautifully British!

xoxo
