The last month or so has flown by! As if we are already in July. Terrifying. I've been a bit slow on the blog posts lately, I've sort of felt a lack of inspiration to write about much but something yesterday spurred on my need to write. ALEXA CHUNG IS DESIGNING HER OWN LINE. Yes that is right, our favourite style icon is finally adding to her mark on the fashion world with her own collection.  This got me thinking about how quickly your taste and opinions on everything change. Next festive competition

So feelingstylish.co.uk is running a competition for us bloggers to create a Christmas window for Next. All you have to do is simply design your window using next products and submit your entry in a comment on the feelingstylish.co.uk blog. I have done my own entry (I will admit it is hard to create the window and make it look realistic so make sure you explain your concept) My window focuses on a pale colour scheme. It is extremely feminine and not obviously Christmas themed in the way that there is no red or gold to be seen! I chose to use the two glitter Christmas trees as features as they are adorable! I would actually have the fairy lights on the left wrapped through the branches of the trees for a more whimsical feel. I have then chosen two party dresses. Seeing as party season is all about the sparkle I chose to pale pink numbers both embellished beautifully with sequin. Bits 'n' Bobs

Hey guys! So two days without blogging has been the longest I have been! I've been back down in Cardiff starting my new job in H&M. Which thankfully is really good! Lovely people and store!I really love the fact that we don't have to wear uniform either, everybody that works there is allowed to express their own individual style, which is VERY rare when you're working in retail.  So yeah, me and my best friend/flatmate/none related sister and I went down to check out our lovely little flat and chill out. As a bit of a round up I thought I would post about my beauty/interior/clothing purchases of the week. Interior wise I have gone mad this week! Living with an interior design student is perfect when it comes to me wanting to spruce up my room. Lately Next has had the most beautiful home ware.
